Lock Down – Team Response

Teachers close and lock their classroom doors, make a list of all children not accounted for. Add to this list the name of any child or adult that enters the classroom after the Lock Down – Team Response is declared. Students may continue working regularly in the classroom but cannot leave the room. Remain in this position until directed to do otherwise.

Lock Down – No Team Response

Teachers close and lock their classroom doors, make a list of all children not accounted for. Add to this list the name of any child or adult that enters the classroom after the Lock Down – No Team Response is declared. Move the children away from windows (if possible) and have everyone sit on the floor QUIETLY. Remain in this position until directed to do otherwise. When lockdown is cleared, get ready to evacuate.
