National Committeeman - 1. Shall represent the Idaho Young Democrats to national meetings of the Young Democrats of America and to other meetings where applicable.2. Shall assist other officers as needed and provide a vote in the Executive Committee when needed.3. Support overall organizational development and implementation of the strategic plan (including playing a supportive role in fundraising efforts).
Treasurer - 1. Shall be the financial officer of the organization.2. Shall report a just and accurate accounting of revenues and expenses upon request of any member at any organizational meeting and must report on such at all stated meetings.3. Shall prepare, all financial records for audit.4. Shall be responsible for fundraising along with the President.5. Shall take receipt for any monies received and pay out any that are due in an accurate and timely manner as to make sure that the Idaho Young Democrats are always in good financial standing.8. Shall issue the task of writing "thank you" cards to past speakers as well as any other necessary correspondences thanking contributors and attendees to events to the President; coordinate relevant lists and databases with the President.6. Shall be jointly responsible of the organization's bank account along with the President and the appointed Generational Ally Financial Adviser.
Parliamentarian - 1. Shall be responsible for enforcing such Bylaws as is deemed to be necessary by the same Bylaws or this constitution in conjunction with duties of the Vice President.2. Shall assist the Treasurer with the collection of monies owed where applicable and under the request of the Treasurer.3. Shall be responsible for keeping order at all meetings to assist the other officers in the performance of their duties.4. . Shall be responsible for ensuring that the Bylaws and the Constitution are in compliance with the Constitution and Bylaws of the Young Democrats of America. If a change is needed, the Parliamentarian is responsible to bring forth an alternative to the executive committee and general membership for adoption.
Field Director - 1. Provide strategic direction for short- and long-term campaigns on local and state issues.2. Develop and supervise a team of 4-6 base-building and campaign organizers across multiple chapters (including field supervision: shadowing organizers and observing/ supporting meetings).3. Integrate community organizing with long-term, sustainable community-driven policy change efforts.4. Identify the growth and development of a strong base of member-leaders (making sure there is consistency with base-building efforts and both formal and informal trainings).5. Network with Local, State, and National groups that are organizing around issues important to our community, and foster collaboration with these groups.6. Prepare written reports and related materials as needed for meetings.7. Maintain all data and organization records via databases approved by the Executive Committee.8. Prepare and provide a specific yearly field plan for recommendation and adoption of the executive leadership.
Events Coordinator - 1. Work with Executive Committee to organize successful events.2. In charge of all event logistics and personnel needed to staff and support events.3. Solicit potential sponsors and general supporters for the events.4. Work with media outlets in order to publicize the event; work with the IDYD Communications Director to publicize events within the IDYD internal and external network.5. Hit target deadlines for all events organizational planning.6. Receive, enter, and maintain all data needed after events.7. Be an active resource for local YD chapters needing guidance and/or organizational assistance with planning and executing successful events.8. Support overall organizational development and implementation of the strategic plan (including playing a supportive role in fundraising efforts).
Development Director - 1. Prepare and execute outreach plans to expand membership and retain old members
