Artificial
Intelligence (AI) has emerged as a transformative force in healthcare and
health research, offering unprecedented opportunities to improve patient
outcomes, enhance drug development, epidemiological surveillance, and diagnostic
accuracy, and streamline clinical workflows. However, the integration of AI in
health research in particular raises important questions about competence, bias
awareness, ethical considerations, and the readiness of researchers to
effectively leverage these technologies.
This questionnaire
aims to assess the current state of AI adoption among health researchers, their
understanding of AI limitations and biases, and their approach to ethical
considerations in AI-driven health research. It takes 25 minutes to complete. The
insights gathered will inform training programs, policy development, and best
practices for responsible AI implementation in health research settings. The survey targets
professionals and students in health-related disciplines such as medicine,
pharmacy, biomedical sciences, and healthcare management involved in health
research.
Please note: This study excludes
1st and 2nd-year students, participants that are not involved
in any health research, and those just involved in basic, preclinical, and/or
translational research.
