Sanitise or wash my hands on arrival and departure of the studio

Cover my coughs and sneezes and sanitise my hands afterwards

Bring clean props and clean mat to the studio

observe physical distancing of 1.5m between myself and others

I will NOT come to the studio if I am unwell or presenting with symptoms, if I am in quarantine, if anyone in my household is in quarantine, If I or someone in my household has tested positive to COVID-19 or if I have arrived in Tasmania from interstate or international travel within the last 14 days
