Application Process
1. Complete and submit Academic Scholarship application form to the Hope School office.
2. Transcript of current grades and GPA. Hope LHS students must sign the release form below to authorize release of grades to committee. Non- Hope students must request a transcript from the school they are currently attending and submit that transcript with this application.
3. Letter of reference from a teacher. Letter should include information regarding skills, homework, classroom participation and any other information teacher feels would be important to the application process.
4. TO BE ELIGIBLE STUDENTS MUST HAVE AN ENROLLMENT APPLICATION AND PAID REGISTRATION FEE ON FILE AT HOPE LUTHERAN HIGH SCHOOL FOR THE upcoming SCHOOL YEAR.
