Applicants may choose to apply for one or all of the scholarships being offered but due to a limited amount of scholarship funds; each applicant will only be awarded one scholarship per school year.
Scholarships will only be awarded to students enrolled at Hope Lutheran High School.
Out of fairness to all students, incomplete or late applications will not be considered.

Academic Scholarship

ONE $500 SCHOLARSHIP WILL BE AWARDED FOR GRADES 10-12 AND ONE SCHOLARSHIP FOR INCOMING FRESHMAN AND TRANSFER STUDENTS.
Successful candidate must have a GPA of 3.5 or higher. possess good study skills, complete homework promptly, and exhibit above average classroom participation. Application deadline is April 15th, 2022. Announcement of scholarships will be made by mid-May. Scholarships are only available to students attending Hope Lutheran High School.

Application Process

1. Complete and submit Academic Scholarship application form to the Hope School office.
2. Transcript of current grades and GPA. Hope LHS students must sign the release form below to authorize release of grades to committee. Non- Hope students must request a transcript from the school they are currently attending and submit that transcript with this application.
3. Letter of reference from a teacher. Letter should include information regarding skills, homework, classroom participation and any other information teacher feels would be important to the application process.
4. TO BE ELIGIBLE STUDENTS MUST HAVE AN ENROLLMENT APPLICATION AND PAID REGISTRATION FEE ON FILE AT HOPE LUTHERAN HIGH SCHOOL FOR THE upcoming SCHOOL YEAR.

Authorization for Transcript Release

Hope Lutheran High School is hereby authorized to release my transcripts to the Hope LHS scholarship committee. It is understood that this transcript will only be used in connection with the students application for an academic scholarship for the upcoming school year.
