PANDORA AGENCY is recruiting for immediate employment in the role of a Creative Designer.

Job Role - Creative Designer
Job Description
      • Study design briefs and determine requirements
      • Schedule projects and define budget constraints
      • Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
      • Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
      • Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
      • Use the appropriate colours and layouts for each graphic
      • Work with copywriters and creative director to produce the final design
      • Test graphics across various media
      • Effectively deployed creative strategies with little supervision
      • Amend designs after feedback
      • Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

  • In addition:

    • At least 2 years of experience in creating visual designs (Still & Motion)
    • Proven graphic designing experience
    • MUST have a flair for VIDEO and Anime creation.
    • A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
    • Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
    • A keen eye for aesthetics and details
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
    • You pay strong attention to detail and have a keen eye for esthetics
    • You have excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideas, designs, and suggestions
    • You are a strong team player who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.

Remuneration Package

Starting Salary Package - (NGN100,000 - NGN180,000) + Medical Cover + Leave Allowance + Pension
Leave Days - 15 (After 3 Months)
Probationary Period - 3 Months
