We are prioritizing vendors who create their own physical items, art, and crafts—especially those that fit into our fantasy, folklore, and mythical theme.

We are specifically looking for vendors who align with the theme and values of Lore Fest, and there are limited spots available. Please skip this application if you plan to sell low-effort AI-generated content or generic items sourced online. Please review each question carefully!

DRESS CODE AND ATMOSPHERE
We highly encourage all vendors to dress up during the event to help us create an unforgettable atmosphere of fun and fantasy. This is wide open to your personal interpretation and style—whether you want to go all out in full fantasy garb, wear folklore-inspired attire, or just add a few whimsical accessories. While we won't be strictly enforcing a dress code (we want you to be comfortable!), your participation goes a long way in making the market feel truly magical.

AI AND GENERIC MERCHANDISE POLICY
Please only apply if your work is original (resellers of curated vintage/antique/artist-made items which align with the theme will also be considered). We will not accept resold generic online merchandise or AI-generated content.

Briefly describe the type of wares you wish to offer at Lore Fest. Please keep in mind we are prioritizing vendors who create their own items and art, especially those that fit in with the fantasy theme. Resellers of curated vintage/antique/artist-made items which align with the theme will be considered. Please do not apply if you plan to sell junk you found online or AI slop. *
Please provide a link to a website, social media page (full link please, not just a handle), or Google Drive (or similar) with images that provide a good representation of your work. *
Would you like to apply for one booth space, or two adjoining booth spaces? Each space will be approximately 10x10' (size of a small canopy tent). *
By checking below, you agree to the following:

- You understand that vendors will be set up outside for the duration of the market. A canopy tent is highly recommended (canopy tents must be properly weighted, 40 lbs per leg, in case of wind).

- Vendors are required to provide all of their own setup, including taking their own payments. Lore Fest does not collect a portion of vendor sales.

- You are not confirmed as a vendor until your booth fee is paid. An invoice will be provided following acceptance, with payment due in full no later than Monday, September 7.

- Your booth will be completely set up no later than 30 minutes prior to event start time (currently 2pm), and you will stay set up until the end of the Vendor Market at 6pm.
