ASDCA Protest Form
This form must be submitted in a timely manner. A timely manner is defined as within 15 minutes of the end of the round in which the infraction occurred for an out round or 15 minutes after the beginning of the next preliminary round. Once the protest form has been submitted, it is the responsibility of the complainant to check in with the tournament office to ensure that the form has been received.

All protests must be submitted by an authorized adult representative from a participating school. Authorized adults must be designated by the school’s administration prior to the tournament. Judges may only file a protest if they have been officially designated as a school representative.

Students or competitors may not submit this form. If you believe a protest is necessary, please report the situation to your coach or designated adult so they can submit it on your behalf.
