This community yard sale is meant for used goods only! No artisan crafts. The cost is $15 for a 10x10 space per day. Or $20 for both days.
Payment can be made before or on day of the event (cash only).  This is all outside. We do NOT provide any chairs, tables, canopies, change, or any thing else. We DO provide a fun, well attended yard sale atmosphere. :) Your spot is not confirmed until you have been contacted by us that we received your registration. At that time, set up details will be explained to you.

Vendors must park away from main parking areas to ensure adequate parking for our customers (some exceptions can be made). We have a vendor parking area where you may get parked behind 1 or 2 cars. We will ask for a description of your car so that we can contact you if we need you to move your vehicle. *
