Your answer
I understand that if my submission is selected, I am required to attend the Festival (not just my own performance) and register for a Festival pass ($100 for professionals, $50 for students, adjunct faculty members, and seniors (ages 55+)). I understand that (fully credited) recordings and photography of my work and my self taken at the festival may be used by the Women Composers Festival of Hartford for publicity, development, and archival purposes. Please Note: no composer, presenter, or performer will be turned away due to an inability to pay the registration fee. If you win a call and would like to discuss financial aid options, please contact us at womencomposersfestivalhartford@gmail.com. I acknowledge that the Festival is unable to provide any travel funding. I also agree to submit complete performance materials by January 31, 2020. *
