Wildcat Online Academy Intent to Enroll for Fall 2020
Please complete this form if you intend to enroll in Wildcat Online Academy in the Fall 2020.
By checking the boxes below you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
I understand that by enrolling my child as an online student he/she will be assigned an El Dorado School District teacher.
I agree this is a semester commitment.
For K- 6 students, I understand that I will have to provide a Learning Coach, an adult that will be at home who ensures and monitors my child's participation in and completion of daily school tasks.
I agree to attend a training on the roles of a Learning Coach.
I understand that if my student is failing a core class at the end of the 9 weeks, the online option could be terminated.
I will adhere to the Wildcat Online Academy school schedule that will be provided to me.
For students in grades 5-12, I understand if I chose the online option, my student has to be enrolled in the corresponding class on campus to participate in any team activities (athletics, band, choir, etc).
I understand there will be a non-refundable $25 fee per semester to be enrolled in the online academy.
I understand my child will be required to complete state testing requirements onsite.
