Merchandise Order Form                                            First order being placed 9/01/24
Competitive students MUST select one of the Bundle Options and may add on any additional items they would like. Garment Bags, and Duffels are only available in Bundle Option #1 , Embroidered Jackets are available only in the Bundles.

T-Shirts - $20.00
Hoodies - $35.00
Sweatpants - $35.00
Bundle Option #1 - $175.00
Bundle Option #2 - $150.00

if you would like any additional personalized items, add +6.00 for each additional item you would want personalized. For example, a personalized T Shirt would be $26.00. A personalized Duffel in Bundle Option #1 would bring the cost up to $181.00

Once the order form is received you will receive an invoice with a link to make payment. Payment must be made in full on or before August 30th 2024. First round of orders will be placed on September 1st 2024. You will be notified when your order is ready for pick up at the studio. Please allow 3-4 weeks from 9/1/24 for processing and delivery.
