Would you like to participate in our Try the Viola Day activities? These will take place on April 27 during the String Intensive Workshop. This is open to violinists and cellists only on a first come, first serve basis (based on instrument availability).
Does the Parent/Guardian permit the YSOECI to use photographs, video recordings, and/or images of this student under the terms listed below? *
YSOECI Student Photo & Video Agreement: Highlighting the achievements and celebrating the successes of our students, and sharing the hard work of students and staff with the community is a priority for the YSOECI. Throughout the year, there is often an opportunity to photograph and/or video record students in a variety of YSOECI activities. These photos/videos may be used in YSOECI communication tools in a variety of ways including the YSOECI website or Facebook page, YSOECI newsletters, local newspapers (which may be placed on the internet), and other forms of communication. In these photographs, a student may be identified by name, age, and instrument. Parents/Guardians are requested to indicate at the beginning of each school year their wishes regarding YSOECI’s use of student photographs, video recordings, and or images. Parents/Guardians who allow their student to participate in or attend events that are open to the public are assumed to have given implied consent to allow their student to be photographed.
