Challenge rules and information:
-Leave a review of any book and earn a raffle ticket. 
-Once library staff approves your review, your ticket will be added to the raffle. You can submit as many reviews as you’d like—just make sure each one meets the submission guidelines to qualify.
-Reviews may be showcased in the teen room. 

Submission guidelines:
1. Open to ages 13–19 only.
2. Reviews must be well thought out and clean—no inappropriate language.
3. The book you choose to review must be in the Lewes Library teen collection.
4. Fill in all necessary fields on this form.
5. In order to qualify to win the prize, you must fill out your personal information in section 2 at least one time. If you are unsure if you have done this step, fill it in again.
