Please fill out this form if you would like to bring a group of volunteers to buddy with our players during a game. The volunteer software we use only allows one individual to register at a time, so if you want to ensure your spots are reserved, please provide the following information so we can put a placeholder in for you.
You will be emailed by our Executive Director Stacey Diefenbach on whether or not your request was approved. Due to the high volume of requests, we ask for your patience. We are finalizing rosters at the beginning of March which will dictate our schedule. We will send approvals shortly after. Our hope is to pair up the right age of players with the right age of volunteers.
IMPORTANT: This placeholder is temporary. We will need each volunteer to create an account on our volunteer website to complete our waiver. Each individual* needs a waiver on file in order to participate. We will check in each individual at the field on gameday. We encourage all groups to send this information out as early as possible so your group doesn't get held up on gameday.
*If you volunteered with us in 2024, you should already be in our system. Only new volunteers need to create an account.
Our field is located at 357 Theodore St, Plymouth, MI 48170. There is limited parking by our field, we ask you add this factor into your plans.
We will notify you at least 2 hours before gametime if we are cancelling due to weather. We post news on our social media pages first then we will send out an email.
