I am excited to introduce online yoga + meditation classes to Rooted Sanctuary. My classes are deeply inspired by Kundalini yoga, combining spiritual concepts with mindful movement and breath work. Class themes include stress relief, balancing the chakras, immune boost, negative energy clearing, and more.
