You're one step closer to our magical retreat in Kefalonia on 27th September - 4th October 2025! All the information you need to know is here, take a read through, fill in the required details, select your accomodation preference and we look forward to welcoming you in glorious Kefalonia!

What is included:

7 nights accommodation
Meals - Mediterranean & locally produced vegetarian brunch every day & 5 evening meals. (Vericoco produce their own wine which can be purchased at your cost if you wish)
Tea/coffee & snacks in each villa
2 x yoga practices a day (one afternoon off)
1 x evening soundbath
Afternoon Greek Cookery class
All yoga mats, blocks, belts, bolsters etc are provided
Use of the two fabulous swimming pools, gardens & dining areas to relax & lounge
Petanque
Table tennis
Selection of books & board games
Complimentary microfibre beach towel for you to take home

What is not included:

Flights (Vericoco check-in is from 3pm & check out is 10am)
Transfers from the airport to Vericoco (if you’re on the same flight as other guest we can help you coordinate a taxi between you)
Travel Insurance
Additional excursions/activities
Massage with masseuse arranged by Vericoco
Bioenergy Treatment appointment with Joanne
Two evening meals (one of which will be the day where we have just the morning yoga practice so you can make the most of the afternoon & evening)

Payment Information:

To secure your place, please submit this booking form & a deposit of £200.

The balance will then be paid in two equal payment installments to help you spread the cost.

One payment by 1 May 2025 & the final balance payment to be received by 20th August 2025.

Please note that rooms are allocated on a first come first serve basis, once the booking form has been processed, you will receive confirmation of the room allocated.

Travel Insurance:

Please ensure you have your own travel insurance arranged before you travel, to cover any losses.

Cancellations:

Please note that deposits are non refundable.

Cancellations made before 1st May 2025 - £200 deposit only will be charged.

Cancellations made after 20th August 2025 - Total cost will be charged.

Please be aware that it will not be possible to issue any refunds or discounts in the event of illness (including COVID), travel issues, flight cancellations or if you arrive late or leave the holiday early.

You will be refunded in full if the retreat is cancelled due to too few participants. Please note you will not be refunded for any travel or airfare costs.

In the unlikely event that the retreat or event is cancelled due to weather, health pandemic, natural disaster or any other unforeseen circumstance I cannot guarantee a refund as this will be dependent on receiving a refund from the venue.

Covid related cancellations:
There are no Government restrictions in Greece at this time. However, should regulations change and you need to cancel or the retreat is cancelled, the full costs of the retreat will be refunded.

Which room would you like to book? *

- Villa Vericoco has 3 en-suite bedrooms (all with sea view). This is the main hub where everyone will gather to eat, has lovely gardens & a swimming pool.

- Villa Athina has 4 large en-suites (all with sea view) and also has a fabulous swimming pool.

- The Beach Houses - these are 2 x 2 bedroom apartments.

- Studio Beach House - self contained studio
