1) Constitutional Update Committee Members Description: The current Constitution that governs Sackville Minor Hockey needs to be updated. We are forming a standing committee this season to assist with Constitutional Updates. The standing committee will be Chaired by Director of Administration, Jen Forster. Committee members must be available for regular meetings either virtually or in person. Drafts of the Constitution as developed by this committee will be brought to the Association Membership at large for input and approval during the process.

I'd like more information and/or to be considered for the SMHA Constitutional Updates Standing Committee

2) SMHA Board of Director Position: Director of Central Minor Hockey Federation Description: 2 year term. Liaison between many stakeholders including the CMHF League administrators, SMHA Board of Directors, Division Reps, Referee in Chief, and of course Team Managers for SMHA Competitive teams; Reschedule game conflicts, ensure CMHF Game Ice is used. Must be willing to make themselves available for SMHA Board of Director meetings, either virtually or in person. Assigned a @FlyersHockey.ca email address; Monitors and responds to SMHA email correspondence. Comfortable with technology. Experience using Google Workspace is a definite asset.

I'd like more information and/or to be considered as the SMHA Director, CMHF.

3) SMHA Ice Scheduler Description: Works closely with Director of CMHF, the Director of MMHL and the Secretary. Acts as liaison between other associations / Area Stakeholders and the Association. Maintains an "Ice for Sale" Google Sheet. Will be assigned a @FlyersHockey.ca email address; Monitors and responds to SMHA email correspondence. Comfort with technology / Google Workspace is an asset.
