NOTES: 1) In most cases, we require 3 weeks’ notice to schedule and prep for workshops or presentations; specialty/from-scratch workshops may require longer; 2) We usually cannot visit during the first 2 weeks of any semester; 3) We usually do not accommodate workshop requests during the last 3 weeks of a semester so that we can remain more available to student appointments; 4) If you request an in-person visit for a class that begins at the top of any hour, we may need 5-10 minutes of leeway time to arrive; 5) We cannot accommodate requests for changes/revisions within 1 week of the scheduled workshop date/time. 5) We will not visit classes where faculty members will not be present.
