The Norwegian Barents Secretariat invite all people to nominate good candidates for the Thorvald Stoltenberg Award 2022.

Your candidate could be an individual, an organization or others. The main criteria is that the candidate has done exceptional work in promoting international dialogue and improving contact between people in the Barents Region. The nominee should emphasize good dialogue, trust and friendship across borders and among people in the Barents Region.
