Artist Agreement
Please read the following statements carefully, then enter your initials in the next step to indicate that you AGREE to the terms of the application as listed below.
1. I understand that my $15 jury fee is non-refundable.
2. If I pay the combined jury and booth fees when I apply, my booth fee will be returned within 10 days of the jury's decision if I am NOT accepted into the show.
3. Regardless of the quality of my work, my acceptance into the show may be dependent upon the total number of applicants in my medium since Art & Soul on the Fox is a balanced show. Neither previous participation in Art & Soul on the Fox nor any awards I have won at a previous show will guarantee acceptance.
4. My application will be considered complete ONLY when my $15 jury fee, this application, and my jury images have been RECEIVED.
5. My booth payment IN FULL for Early Bird and Regular booth fee applicants must be received no later than March 31, 2019. If I have NOT paid my booth fee by the March 31, 2019 payment deadline, my original application will be VOID and I must go through the entire application process again! This will not only risk my chance to participate but will require that I reapply, pay a second jury fee, AND the LATE booth fee regardless of the date of my original application date.
6. NO refunds of any portion of my booth fee will be issued if I withdraw after May 1, 2019 regardless of the reason. If I have paid my booth fee and withdraw on or before May 1, 2019, I will receive a 50% refund of my booth fee.
7. I give permission for my jury images (or higher resolution images) to be used in promotional materials including large 24" x 40" posters displayed in area businesses in advance of the event.
By entering my initials below, I agree to the terms listed above. *
