Gatesville ISD would like your feedback in order to improve its services to students.  The information you provide will be anonymous, except for the fact that you had an opportunity to participate in an SCGC plan and work with the District's social worker/case manager.  Our only goal is to evaluate our programs and research how we might improve our services to students.  Your identity is not needed, but your honesty is necessary.  There are 10 questions that only require a "Yes" or "No" answer.  There is an opportunity to expound on your answers if you wish to voice your opinion in your own words.  The information yo provide will be submitted anonymously to our evaluator for further research on how we can improve our services.  We hope to better understand your perception of the Gatesville ISD School-Community Guidance Center and working with the District's social worker/case manager.
