Registration for Supplementary and Substitute Exams

The exam session will take place from 22nd Feb to 5th March 2025 online through our learning management system (Moodle).

Students should register for these exams by filling in this online form. In this form, you need to select the preferred medium for taking the exams and specify the courses you want to register for.

Students should also introduce their IDs to the new proctoring software (SMOWL) in order to access the exam. Academic Affairs will provide instructions through email. SMOWL is an online invigilation application.

Last day for registration is February 15, 2025.

You should pay registration fees per exam through the BANKAK account of Comboni College of Science and Technology (1760607).  

 Students in South Sudan may find some shops in Juba Market that may transfer the requested amount to the College account in the Bank of Khartoum (1760607).

 Students in Egypt may also find Sudanese people who transfer to the indicated account.

  1. Registration for supplementary exams: 45,000 SDG per exam.
  2. Registration for substitute exam: 25,000 SDG per exam.
