We prescribe controlled substances when clinically appropriate and check the prescription drug monitoring database regularly. Please be prepared for regular follow ups if any controlled substances are part of your treatment plan. 

We are not in-network with any insurance plans. We can provide "superbills" for covered services but note that insurance does not typically reimburse the entire session fee and may decline out of network reimbursement.  Full fee is due at time of service.
