Please complete this membership request form for the Park City Baseball Academy. Being a small place, we have to cap memberships. We will have a waiting list if the memberships cap, BUT, we are currently accepting new members!

Membership includes...
- "drop in" time once a week
- discounted 1:1, 2:1, group training
- priority access to scheduling
- access to data/video storage
- use of Rapsodo, WinVR, and high speed cameras

Membership pricing (updated June 1)
12 month commitment (can still pay monthly)- $50/month
6 month commitment- $60/month
