This form has been created by the Public Interest Advocacy Centre (PIAC) and the Ageing + Communication + Technologies Project (ACT). It will help us to understand Canadians' experiences with the sales practices related to their TV, phone, and Internet service providers. We hope to share your stories with decision-makers to show that many people are having problems with the way these services are being sold to Canadians.
