Sales Practice Experiences
This form has been created by the Public Interest Advocacy Centre (PIAC) and the Ageing + Communication + Technologies Project (ACT). It will help us to understand Canadians' experiences with the sales practices related to their TV, phone, and Internet service providers. We hope to share your stories with decision-makers to show that many people are having problems with the way these services are being sold to Canadians.
We will try to keep your story, full name and contact information secret, unless you give us permission to share them. However, it is possible that a court or other entity with legal authority could order us to disclose this information.
