1. Develop a baseline for current perceptions of College Hill and College Hill CURC.
2. Develop a sense of residents’ current level of community engagement.
3. Develop a sense of community vision for the future of the College Hill Business District.
4. Identify ways College Hill CURC can improve outreach and involvement.
5. Identify gaps in communication strategy.
6. Ensure that we’re hearing all voices in our community.
