The Refugee Resettlement Program in Fredericksburg is looking for volunteers to help new immigrants to our community with a range of tasks. Families need help with registering their children for school, applying for jobs, getting housing, and other tasks. Please fill out this form and we will be in touch with more information. Volunteers will be asked to fill out an application form and undergo training before they can begin their volunteer work. A free background check will also be conducted. This program is coordinated by the Catholic Diocese of Arlington/Catholic Charities as part of their Migration and Refugee Services Program, but volunteering takes place in Fredericksburg at their Fredericksburg office.
