STALL HOLDER Expression of Interest Gippsland Pride Festival - SOUTH GIPPSLAND 13 January 2024 | Saturday 4–8 PM 
Gippsland Pride are pleased to invite Expressions of Interest from Community Groups, Small Businesses, Service organisations and supporters to join us for the South Gippsland Pride Festival event at Poowong Outdoor Pool. 

Gippsland Pride Festival will host a total of six events across shires from 18 November - 10 February 2023.

SOUTH GIPPSLAND's Event is being hosted at Poowong Outdoor Pool on Saturday 13 January 2024,  4 – 8 PM (Bump In from 3.00 PM)

We will invite our Gippsland LGBTQI+ community, allies, friends and families to join the wider Gippsland community at this community event.

The Pride Festival Events will take place at outdoor community pools (or beachside location) which have been fully and privately booked for our enjoyment. Venues will have stalls, grassed picnic areas, free entertainment, kids activities, optional pool facilities (at no charge), change rooms and our mobile all gender clothes swap! 

Stall fee is $25.00 excluding project partners and sponsors. 

An online briefing will be conducted prior to the event which will include information on bump-in, safety, LGBTIQA+ awareness and a Q&A. A recording will be made available for those who can not attend.

We have engaged specific and approved Food providers and will be fundraising through the sale of some snacks. For this purpose we will NOT be inviting food service stalls to this event at this time other than small treats (no hot food or meal service).

Successful stall holders will be contacted as soon as possible after registering to confirm or advise if there is a spot available for this event, so please ensure your details are up to date and correct.

We ask you to provide a small no cost item - such as sticker or item to give away, at your stall, as part of our commitment to cost accessible events for Gippslanders. We can also work with you to include an interactive aspect to your stall, to ensure maximum engagement and benefit to stall holders. Some examples include face painting, temporary tattoos, merch giveaways etc.

Stallholders are required to source and set up their own marquee, trestle, chairs and content.

This will be a requirement for attendance and may be requested by Council prior to the event.
