Good Lab and Second Stage invite you to our jointly organized workshop, "Social + Enterprise:  Expanding your Social Enterprise Business." Through case studies and group discussions, we will explore the unique management challenges faced by social enterprises, such as planning business growth, improving operational efficiency, assessing the risks of expanding business, and building teams. The Second Stage team will also provide free consultations to 10 selected companies based on their business situations. At the same time, there will be a series of seminars covering various topics, including business trends, operational excellence, branding, sales, positioning considerations, team management, and capital considerations.
