2025 Poster Session Registration Form
Salmonid Restoration Federation welcomes your participation in the 42nd Annual Salmonid Restoration Conference Poster Session that will be held Thursday, May 1, 2025, from 7-10 pm at the conference venue. Please register for the poster session before April 14, 2025. 

This annual event is open to all conference attendees and is a great venue to network with your peers. There is no cost to attend or present a poster. We encourage posters, pamphlet distribution, software exhibits, and multimedia (video) presentations.

Set up for the session will be between 5:15 pm -6:45 pm on Thursday, May 1 after the Thursday afternoon concurrent sessions. Poster session presenters must take their presentation down immediately after the poster session.

Poster Accommodations *
Please select ALL of the accommodations that you will need during the poster session. If you will be using an electrical outlet, you will need to bring your own extension cord, surge protectors, and any AV equipment if needed. 

Please let us know if you can use a table and if you wouldn't mind sharing an 8 foot table. SRF can provide a limited number stands for mounted posters.
