Eligibility Guidelines (please follow Eligibility Guidelines exactly or entry will be disqualified):- Entry must be postmarked or date stamped by February 2, 2018.- Entry fee and hard copies of materials must be postmarked by February 2, 2018.- Entry must have been published or created for the first time between January 1, 2017 and December 31, 2017. - Two consecutive issues must be submitted. Judges will judge only two issues. Entries submitted with more than two issues without a note of which two issues to judge will be disqualified.- Entry must include links, not simply be a print newsletter that is emailed or in PDF format.- Each entry’s content and artwork must be original.- A direct web address for each issue online must be provided.- An original E-newsletter Award Entry Form must be completed for each entry.- There is no limit to how many entries a person may submit in this category.- Any Ohio school, school district, or education-related organization may enter the contest.

Entry Fee and Submission:
NOTE: OHSPRA members include only those people who have purchased an individual membership or were one of the people specifically named in an institutional membership. Institutional memberships include up to three people; a fourth can be added for $55. All others qualify as non-members.

NOTE: Entries will not be returned and become the property of OHSPRA. Submit payment to: OHSPRA, P.O Box 891, Columbus, OH 43085. Make checks payable to OHSPRA. Appropriate payment must be submitted to OHSPRA with a postmark date of February 2, 2018 or before to avoid disqualification. OHSPRA cannot accept purchase orders. Fees cannot be returned.
