SCI School Group Visit Request Form(January-May)
A
School Group
is defined as a public, private or home school program that educates any age level from preschool through 12th grade. A
Non-school Group
is a group that supports or engages with school age children, Girl Scouts for example. Both types of groups are eligible for discount pricing.
Visit Days and Time:
School Group visit days are Tuesdays, Wednesday and Thursdays each week, January through May. Visit time is 9:00am-2:30pm.
Programs:
Tuesday group visits will choose one program. Wednesday and Thursday group visitors will follow public programing.
Entrance Fees:
Student entry fee is $8 per child. Teachers and school support staff are
free.
Memberships cannot be used for student entrance during school group visits. Parents/guardians may use their membership privilege if they are a chaperone.
Chaperones:
Additional chaperones will be charged a $10 fee upon entrance. Chaperones who have a membership will be admitted for free.
Indoor Lunch Space Reservation:
Indoor lunch space with tables and chairs is available; a
reservation fee will apply based on the number of attendees. Weather permitting your group may have lunch on our lawn for free.
Groups may not eat in the common areas including the floors or benches inside the Science Center
as this creates significant traffic flow and maintenance issues that affects all of our visitors.

11-30 visitors, $25
31-75 visitors, $50
76-100 visitors, $75
101-150 visitors, $100
151-175 visitors, $125
176-200 visitors, $150
200+ visitors, $200
Payment:
Accepted forms of payment: Credit cards, checks or cash.
We do not accept Purchase Orders.
Innovation Lab(optional):
An optional lab experience can be added for $150 for up to 24 participants, groups of 25-48 will have two repeated experiences for $250.
