2. Check boxes for outings and dates in which you want to volunteer. Ignore outings for which you don't want to volunteer. If your plans change, please fill out this form again. Your earlier information will be deleted.
3. Please use proper English capitalization (for instance your street name and city name) and put the proper dashes in USA phone numbers. 5-digit ZIP codes are all that's necessary, no plus-4 numbers.
4. You will need to take the NYS Sexual Harassment course and sign the Adirondack 46ers Code of Conduct and Sexual Harassment Policy, all of which can be found here:

adk46ertrailwork@gmail.com or you can bring a filled out to the first outing that you attend. Your VSA form protects you if you are injured during a Trail Crew outing, so please consider this an important act of self-interest. It is up to you to take responsibility for this.
TO RECAP - YOU MUST DO THE FOLLOWING BEFORE APPEARING AT YOUR FIRST TRAIL CREW OUTING:
1. Bring a new VSA form - filled out and signed in ink (this may be turned in at your first Trail Crew outing).
2. Read and sign the 2020 Adirondack 46ers Code of Conduct and Sexual Harassment Policy, and send your signature page to:
