About the Role
- Identify top existing customers, engage with them, and mobilize them to drive referrals, share recipes, and their Tovala experiences- Find and engage influential people who will help grow the Tovala Brand. An influencer at Tovala can have 500 followers or 500,000, as long as those followers are highly engaged, fit within our prospective customer profile, and are part of the self-referencing market we are targeting- Regularly create stories to pitch to members of the press, develop relationships with members of the press, make sure Tovala is mentioned in relevant industry articles, gift lists, etc.- Manage day-to-day operations of current organic social channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) including responding to comments and questions in near real-time in the Tovala brand voice.
