ISB Counselor-In-Training Application
Students should fill out this form themselves. Parents may provide guidance.

ISB's Counselor-in-Training (CIT) program is open to current ISB students in 6th and 7th grade (entering 7th and 8th grade in September 2015). Being a CIT at ISB introduces you to the world of being a camp counselor in a language immersion setting. CITs will work with PreK- 1st grade program groups, along side the teaching teams, developing leadership and collaborative skills. CITs will also participate in training and workshops together during the week, building camaraderie among their peers. The CIT program sets the groundwork for participation in the Youth Employment Program for high-school aged students.

Successful CIT applicants are:
-- Bilingual in French/English or Spanish/English*
--Interested in working with young children
--Willing to learn under the guidance of the camp directors and head teachers

CITs can apply to participate in 1-5 weeks of camp, but they must be available for the full week. The cost per week is $100, lunch is included.

*Limited spots are available for English-speaking CITs based on their Language B studies.
