2020 Spring Sports Verification Form
Hello Tigers!

In order to receive PE Credit for your participation in Spring Sports, please complete this online form each week indicating the work-outs you've completed. The expectation is that you will work-out a minimum of three times per week. Since we're meeting virtually you may use weekend work-outs to count toward your total. If you are injured/ill or are unable to work-out at any time just indicate that below.
