LELT Land Use Agreement Form
Loon Echo Land Trust (LELT) properties are privately owned. They are open to the public with restrictions. Please respect the opportunity to recreate on LELT properties and observe all use guidelines. Multiple user groups visit LELT properties for skiing, hiking, dog walking, hunting, snowmobiling and horseback riding. 

For game camera and tree stand requests, we will not contact you unless we have a question or concern about your submission. As long as you submitted the form, you are good to go!

Please review the following:
  • Bear baiting, hounding and snaring are prohibited on all LELT owned lands
  • Permission is not required for hunting and fishing
  • Permission is required to place game cameras, blinds, tree stands and traps.
  • The cutting of brush larger than one inch in diameter is prohibited
  • Commercial use is prohibited without LELT permission
  • No hunting or trapping may occur within 300 feet of any LELT trail or parking lot
  • This permit form does not apply to properties where LELT holds a conservation easement. Please contact the landowner directly.
