PREP EXCELLENCE TUTORING: 99th percentile tutors for SAT, ACT, K-12 (regular and honors), and AP classes. We can also help college students.
We will match you with the best possible tutor for you from our amazing pool of tutors. Our tutors are top performers in the subjects they teach and have teaching/tutoring experience. They also receive continuous training and feedback to ensure best performance.
One-size-fits-all does not work well for 1-on-1 tutoring. Our tutors will create a customized tutoring program that would help you perform your best.
Our elite tutors will ensure that you are completely satisfied with our tutoring services. Our tutoring supervisors will follow up with you and the student to maximize satisfaction.
We are proud of our excellent tutoring services and have kept our prices competitive. As always, your complete satisfaction is our goal.
COSTS: (Get a $10/hr discount if you prepay 4 hours or more.)
• High school: $65/hr (limited time only, regularly $85), $55/hr if you prepay 4 hours or more
• Middle school: $55/hr (limited time only, regularly $75), $45/hr if you prepay 4 hours or more
• Elementary: $45/hr (limited time only, regularly $65), $35/hr if you prepay 4 hours or more
• Test prep (SAT/ACT/AP): $80/hr (limited time only, regularly $100), $70/hr if you prepay 4 hours or more
• College subjects: $90/hr (limited time only, regularly $110), $80/hr if you prepay 4 hours or more
• College specialized/major subjects: $110/hr (limited time only, regularly $130), $100/hr if you prepay 4 hours or more
If you prefer senior/certified tutors, you can request below. The costs are higher (approximately $20/hr more). We cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate such requests. If we are not able to accommodate the request, we will provide you with a tutor from our pool of elite tutors.
Cost for senior SAT/ACT tutors is $100/hr (limited time only, regularly $120), $90/hr if you prepay 4 hours or more.
Dr. Kaisar Alam's (Prep Excellence founder) schedule is very busy, but he can accommodate a small number of SAT tutoring students. His rate is $175/hr (limited time only, regularly $275). He requires a 4-hour prepayment. If Dr. Alam cannot tutor the child, we will assign an SAT tutor from our senior or elite tutor pools.

TERMS and CONDITIONS
1) Prep Excellence
L.L.C. and its tutors
will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or
consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.
In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages, losses, and
causes of action exceed the amount you have paid for the Service.
2) I do hereby in
advance waive, release, acquit, forever discharge, and covenant not to sue the
provider (Prep Excellence LLC), from any/all actions, claims, damages, costs,
loss of services, and expenses, on account of any and all known or unknown
personal injuries, or personal property damage resulting from my child's
attendance of the program.
3) I hereby give
permission for myself/my child to participate in this activity and assume the
risk thereof and I do agree for myself/my child at all times to keep the said
business Prep Excellence LLC free, harmless and indemnified
from any and all liability for any injury I/my child might sustain as the
result of said participation.
4) Photographs,
videotapes, and audio recordings of the audio recordings of the participant,
while participating in a Prep Excellence Program may be made. I hereby permit,
consent and authorize such materials of myself/my son/daughter as an individual
or part of a group with or without text, to be used for Advertisement
Activities.
5) If you need to cancel
or reschedule a session, you must notify us at least 24 hours in
advance. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, you
will be charged the full fee for the scheduled session.
6) If a tutor needs to
cancel, you will be notified as soon as possible, and the session will be
rescheduled at no additional cost.
7)
Payable immediately
upon issuance of invoice (2% cash/Zelle discount if paid within 7 days, or
within 14 days without discount). If you fail to pay your bill within two
weeks of the billing date, Prep Excellence has the right to add a "service
fee," not exceeding 5% of the billed amount every 30 days .
