Registration for Meal Distribution at Southwest ISD
Southwest is here to help you and your family during this COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic. For the past few weeks, we have been successfully fulfilling the nutritional needs of children in our community. To better serve you, we ask that you please register your children to receive meal distributions. This will prevent other measures of evidence such as requiring student ID's or report card. Once you complete this registration, you will receive an email of a document. You can print or save it to your phone to show for at meal pick-up. You only need to complete this form once.
