Arcus Forum has identified that there may be inequalities faced by the older LGBT+ Community within health and social care, and we would like to gather some further information on this. To assist with this, we would be very grateful if you could spare us a few moments of your time to complete the following questions. Responses are totally confidential and will only be used to help improve the lives of LGBT+ people.
