• Any swimmer, ages up through 2023 high school grad, who can make one length (25 yards). We will ask you to demonstrate swimming skills and place you in a training group. If you cannot quite make the length yet, we do have a group for you too! We’ll teach the rest!  
What Will You Learn?
• You will work on and perfect all four competitive swim strokes
• You will be taught Dives/Racing Starts/Finishes
• You will be coached in competitive swim strategies
• You will receive improved skills/techniques to make you a better swimmer

When is the season? - May 1st thru mid-July. Championship meet date has not been announced yet.
• Practice Times: In the month of May, practices are held after school. Depending on which group you are assigned, it could be 2-4 practices a week. After school is out, we practice in the morning.
• Swim Meet Dates: Meet schedule to be posted soon.
What is the Cost?
• Cost is only $60 per swimmer which includes the league fee and the CC Hawaiian Invitational fees.
