VEX Robotics Volunteers 2016-17
SWE SDSU is looking for volunteers to assist in mentoring and refereeing VEX Robotics, a high school robotics competition where schools build and compete with their own bots. Referee volunteers will receive training prior to competitions, and travel allowances may be provided. If you could come to even a few of the days it would be appreciated.
Mentors will be assisting with Montgomery High School's robotics team, an all girl team led by Joe Amaro, CTE Engineering and Manufacturing teacher. Last year the Montgomery team went to the California State Championships - SWE SDSU is looking to continue our partnership with this amazing group of girls, and looking to help them succeed in another year of competition.
