We hope to include these written interviews on our upcoming newsletters, website, and our social media platforms. The interviews will be scheduled for release in the order we receive them.

1) You can choose to answer ANY or ALL of the questions - providing short or long responses. It is completely up to you!

2) Deadline for responses: 2 weeks after you receive the link to this form (if you need an extension, please let us know!)

3) Head shot: Please submit a clear head shot (or two) along with your responses. Email your head shot to info@trinicy.org as an attachment. We will make necessary edits.
