- Overarching responsibility for production of text and media

- Responsible for social media

Head of IT
- Overarching responsibility for IT consisting of the project's webpage internal tooling and phone application
- This role has a continuous workload over both fall and spring

Head of Travel
- Plan, coordinate and book the travels and related activities
- Plan a budget for the travels and ensure the project adheres to it

- This role has a continuous workload during the entirety of the year but is most intense during fall and the travels

Head of Sales
- Define products with input from the project group
- Define targets and practices for the sales team
- Manage contact between companies and the sales team
- Sell products
- High workload during fall and minor workload during spring
