I’m a registered dietitian who works with elite-level athletes across a wide range of sports—including strength, endurance, and weight-class-based disciplines. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting high school, collegiate, professional, and Olympic athletes through roles at the UFC Performance Institute, the US Olympic Training Center, UCLA Athletics, and LA Galaxy.

I offer two core coaching options, both with a minimum 3-month commitments
