RELATIONAL HEALTH

3. I have the energy and focus I need to meet my daily challenges (Isaiah 40:28-31, 1 Corinthians 9:24-27).

5. I strive to live righteously when it comes to sex, honoring God and others with my body (1 Corinthians 6:12-20, 1 Thessalonians 4:1-8).

SPIRITUAL HEALTH
1. I spend sufficient time alone with God, engaging with the Word, and communing with God through prayer, in order to sustain my work for God so that I live out of a cup that overflows (Psalm 23, Matthew 11:28).

2. I set apart a twenty-four-hour period each week for Sabbath-keeping—to stop, to rest, to delight, and to contemplate God (Exodus 20:8-11, 1 Timothy 4:7-8).

3. The life-change I have experienced through Jesus is reflected in my generosity, service, and support of His Church.

4. I am actively living missionally by making disciples and seeking lost people with the power of the new life that Jesus offers.

EMOTIONAL HEALTH
1. Those close to me would say that I am good at balancing family, rest, work, and play in a biblical way (Exodus 20:8).

2. I am able to thank God for all my past experiences, seeing how he has used them to uniquely shape me into who I am (Genesis 50:20; Romans 8:28-30).

3. I am in tune with my emotions and am able to express to others how I am feeling (Proverbs 4:23).

4. I tend to be more reactive and emotionally controlled rather than responsive and rationally controlled (Proverbs 19:12).

MENTAL HEALTH
1. I have a good sense of my emotional, relational, physical, and spiritual capacities, intentionally pulling back to rest and replenish (Mark 1:21-39).

2. I take a lot of time to carefully discern when my plans and ambitions are legitimately for the glory of God and when they cross the line into my own desire for greatness (Jeremiah 45:5; Mark 10:42-45).

3. I am actively aware of my thought patterns and what fills my mind throughout the day (Psalm 139:23-24, Romans 8:5-6).

4. I tend to be anxious, worried, fearful, and pessimistic (Psalm 34:18, 1 Peter 5:7, 2 Timothy 1:7).
