Come up with the list of your products or services.
Identify who and who needs your products or services; individuals, business, organizations.
For each product, generally in Nigeria what is the demand and supply gap on each product.
Looking at the industry you are Operating in or you want to operate in, describe the reasons that would make businesses succeed in the industry.
Looking at your target market, what is the market size and market share for your business.
How will you reach your customers to attract them to patronize your business?
After identifying your target market, state how your products will satisfy their needs.
How do you want your customers to perceive you?
State your sales/distribution strategies. Will you be making direct sales, sales through distributors etc?
Identify your competitors and make a comparison between your business and theirs.
What are the unique selling proposition for your products?
State your competitive advantages
List the consumables you need in your business.
List the raw materials you need in your business.
List the equipment you need in your business.
List the record books you will be keeping and the purpose for keeping each of them.
