Why Book An Awareness Stall

We are offering an opportunity for community businesses services and community/charity organisations to hire a stall. This is a fantastic opportunity with many benefits:

How It Works

  • Each applicant must complete the entire application accurately and honestly. This will determine which category you fall into and how quickly your application will be processed.
  • Your application will be reviewed by the EIB Committee and our Awareness Stall Officer will contact you should there be any issues.
  • If your application is successful, you will be advised within 21 days after submission.
  • Full payment will need to be paid within 7 days of notification from EIB to confirm your booking. If payment is not received within 7 days, then the stall will be offered to the next available application.
  • Only one vehicle per stall will be allowed on-site for loading/unloading.
  • All applications must be submitted no later than Friday 30th June 2025, 11:59pm.
  • Submitting an application form does not guarantee you a stall. Please contact the EIB team for further information.
Stall Information

  • Each vendor will be given 1x table, 2x chairs and 1x gazebo-side measuring 3-metres
  • Please note, if available and only at the discretion of EIB, extra charges will apply for additional space and equipment.
  • Stall holders will be responsible for their own stall signage, including banners, posters etc.

Please note by submitting this application it does not guarantee you a stall. Once the application is submitted a member of the team will be in touch with you within 7 working days. Eid In Bedford (EIB) does not provide any insurance cover to stall holders or the public for personal injuries or personal loss. EIB and its venue partners or any affiliates associations/sponsors/persons cannot be held responsible for personal injuries, loss or damage to property or equipment during the event, we recommend that all stall holders take out their own insurance policies to cover such eventualities. Organisers shall have the power to enforce, act upon, and apply the rules of the event. They shall also have jurisdiction over all aspects affecting the event including any that are not covered by the rules and regulations. Organisers will also adjudicate in all case of disputes, protests and complaint regarding EIB events.
