Please take note that we only provide servicing for Jimove and Snapcycle ebikes, and only limited to the original components supplied by the manufacturer. Do join our facebook group and check out our community service webpage for regular updates on our  service locations and more details such community service program. We will announce the list of customers who have successfully secured a confirmed servicing slot. Please take note that such requests are on a first-signup-first-service basis and subject to slots availability. If you do not receive any confirmation from us, that means we could not secure a slot for you as the customers who signed up ahead of you have fully booked all the available slots.
